News & Events A Taste of Our Place was a great success! Our Place hosted the 9th annual Taste of Our Place Saturday, October 4^th, 2008 at Indiana University Southeast. With approximately 450 people in attendance, the Taste of Our Place is quickly becoming one of Harvest Homecoming’s most popular events. Our Place wishes to thank the following restaurants who were in attendance:  Sam's Food & Spirits, Tommy Lancaster's, Tucker's American Favorites, Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar, Terri Lynn's Catering by Design, Inc., Sweet Stuff Bakery, Texas Roadhouse, Adrienne & Co. Italian Restaurant, Subway in Georgetown, Hooters of Clarksville, BAJ Catering/LunchToday, Windsor Restaurant & Garden, Mark's Feed Store, Bearno's Pizza. We would also like to thank all the generous donors that helped make the Taste of Our Place the success it was. In addition, a special thanks goes to Jamey Aebersold Jazz Quartet and Indiana University Southeast. The Christmas Dinner is right around the corner! The 10 week individual and family education program Christmas dinner will be held December 15th from 7 - 8:30. The 10th annual Taste of Our Place is already in the planning stages Our Place is nearing an historic anniversary and 2009 will mark the milestone 10th year for the Taste of Our Place.  We are already planning a great evening of wonderful restaurants, entertainment, and big auction items. We are always in need of silent and live auction items. If you are willing to donate an item or volunteer, please let us know.
